EVANGELISM: SHARING YOUR FAITH WITH OTHERS AND WHAT TO SAY

Most Christians, particularly those with a heart to evangelize, want to share with unsaved people about their faith in their Savior, Jesus Christ. The challenge for all Christians and one that has limited sharing their faith is this huge question " What do I say to any unsaved person." You have found the answer. Sharing your faith is a delicate and sensitive process. A question every Christian must ask themselves is "why am I sharing my faith?" Some may share their faith out of their excitement and love of the Lord. Others may share their faith as a door opener to invite an unsaved person to visit their church. Another, which is why I share my faith, is to actually lead an unsaved person to immediately accept Jesus Christ as their Savior. These are but three reasons to share your faith and there are many more wonderful reasons to share your faith, but no matter what the reason, there must be a goal as to why you want to share your faith. The key to effective faith sharing or witnessing is to know what to say in order to lead an unsaved person to accept Jesus as their Savior when they hear and understand what you are sharing or presenting to them.

Effective witnessing or faith sharing is not the key to winning a soul or leading an unsaved person to Christ. It is knowing what to say to lead or win an unsaved person to Christ that is the key to effective witnessing. Effective witnessing or faith sharing should never provoke arguments with unsaved people or be offensive by talking down to them. Effective faith sharing should be light, gently paced and never controversial. The reason for being extremely sensitive in sharing your faith is because, when you know what to say, you are always waiting on the Holy Spirit or an Angel of the Lord to lead or prompt you when to present the one of a kind salvation gospel presentation that is in my book "WHAT TO SAY EVANGELISM."
